LuLu

After all these years of sewing...i think it's been 21 years now, I finally invested in a vintage dress form. I'd seen a dressform in an antiques store a little while ago that looked VERY similar to this one and that one still had the sticker on it that indicated that it was sold by Sears Roebuck & Co. around the 1950's. She is in fairly good condition. I was thinking of naming her LuLu. Why? I dunno! Seems like a good name....
LuLu is wearing my Just Enough Ruffles Scarf.

Oh, I just love the ruffle scarf. It's so beautiful.

You have a really awesome blog. Happy Valentine's day to you. My family and I made some really neat heart bags. I hope you'll come and take a look and look around the blog a little while you're there and see if it's one you'd like to bookmark so you can come back. It's kind of new, but I have lots of great things planned. So stay tuned. www.artisticcreationswithtrudy.blogspot.com

I also love to sew. I have lots of vintage patterns a made a 1974 dress and a 1944 dress. I also have a sewing blog, www.sewingwithtrudy.blogspot.com, if you want to take a look around. The dresses are on there.

Thanks, and have a great day.
